We are available for telephone orders Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Store sales during the above listed hours and by appointment at mutually convenient times on the weekends. Please call ahead to make sure we will be available. Orders may also be placed using our on-line catalog. CALL BEFORE 4:00 PM FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING Payment We accept check, money orders, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. We will also ship UPS COD, however, there is an additional $12.00 charge. There is a $20.00 charge for any returned check. Guarantee All of our parts are guaranteed to satisfy if used as originally intended. All parts are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. In any and all cases our liability shall not exceed the cost of the part purchased. Damage Should a parcel be received with contents damaged or evidence that it had been opened and something is missing, notify UPS. Keep the parcel at the delivery address and do not destroy the carton. UPS will have a claims person come to view the package or have a driver pick it up and return it to their claims department. UPS will process your claim and contact us to arrange for another shipment. Return Policy Parts may be returned for any reason providing they have not been used or damaged by you, within 60 days of shipment for exchange, credit or refund. When returning a part please include a copy of the original invoice with a brief explanation as to why the part is being returned. Please contact us first before returning a part. COD returns will not be accepted. Price Changes Because our suppliers change prices throughout the year it may be necessary for us to change a price accordingly. If the new price is not acceptable to you please return the part for a complete refund. Parts We buy as many American made parts as possible. We always put quality first when selecting any part and do our utmost to provide complete customer satisfaction. In addition to our reproduction parts we have a good selection of used and NOS parts.
